NIGHY'S FILM FEAR

British actor BILL NIGHY was a sensitive child who could not watch sad movies - including the Disney classic Bambi. The Pirates of the Caribbean star admits he couldn't cope with harrowing cinema moments as a young boy. He says, "Disney's Bambi was one. I never recovered from the forest fire." The star also confesses he fled the cinema after watching Reach For the Sky, a film about fighter pilot Douglas Bader who lost both of his legs in the call of duty. Nighy recalls, "My grandmother had to take me out of the cinema and put me to bed in the afternoon. "I couldn't take the fact that he was seriously injured. I just felt sick - I just wasn't ready for kind of reality."
