NICOLE RICHIE'S LATE-NIGHT CRAVINGS

Pregnant Nicole Richie is raiding the fridge late at night to indulge her cravings for chicken pasta.

Nicole Richie is craving chicken pasta.

The 27-year-old reality TV star - who is expecting her second child with partner Joel Madden - is nearing the end of her pregnancy and would be happy if she could feast on the meaty treat all day.

Nicole write on her Twitter blog: "I just got fresh made chicken pasta at 12:30am. I'm not one for thank you's, but you know who you are. (sic)"

Nicole and Joel already have 18-month-old daughter Harlow together.

Nicole is not the only celebrity to suffer from meat-related pregnancy cravings.

Earlier this year, former 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' actress Alyson Hannigan revealed she was desperate for animal flesh which expecting, even though she was vegan.

Actress Milla Jovovich couldn't get enough of bone marrow when she was expecting.

She said: "I was craving bone marrow one day, and I scoured the whole of Paris searching for the leg of a cow. When I finally found what I was looking for, I cut it in half, digging out the yellowish substance, slathering it all over bread."
