Hotel heiress NICKY HILTON is getting into the family business by launching her own hotel. The socialite, whose sister is PARIS HILTON, plans to renovate two existing buildings to open the Nicky O South Beach project in Miami, Florida later this year (NOV06) - and the ambitious 22-year-old will design the interiors herself. Named after Hilton, whose middle name is OLIVIA, the new hotel will feature a $5,000 (GBP2,800) -a-night penthouse suite designed by fashion boss ROBERTO CAVALLI. Hilton, the granddaughter of hotel tycoon CONRAD HILTON, is confident the project will be a huge success and plans to follow up the development on her first boutique property with a second in Chicago, Illinois. She says, "I've been around hotels my whole life, and I know a good hotel when I see one." Hilton's new 94-room boutique/condominium accommodation will include entertainment news tickers in the elevator and even a signature scent.
