NICHOLS ARRESTED FOR DUI

THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW star AUSTIN NICHOLS has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in Michigan. The 27-year-old actor was stopped by police for driving the wrong direction down a one way street in Jackson at 2.30am on Friday morning (24Aug07). Nichols failed a sobriety test and held in custody at Jackson County Jail before being released. The actor is set to be arraigned in court at a later date.
