Rapper NAS has been hit with a massive $2.5 million (£1.7 million) demand from U.S. tax officials, according to reports.
The hip-hop star is accused of failing to keep up with his taxes in 2006 and 2007, and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) officials have taken their case to court in a bid to recoup the cash.
IRS bosses allege Nas failed to pay $2,584,206 (£1,722,804), according to papers obtained by TMZ.com.
In July (09) Nas was ordered to pay $5,000 (£3,330) a month in child support for his son Knight as part of his ongoing divorce battle with estranged wife Kelis.
