New mum NANCY GRACE is "totally torn up" that her baby twins have to remain in hospital following her recent birth complications. The U.S. newswoman was found to have two blood clots in her lungs after delivering Lucy Elizabeth and John David two months early on 4 November (07). And although the 48-year-old is on the road to recovery, having been treated successfully at an Atlanta hospital last Thursday (15Nov07), she is left wracked with worry for her twins. She tells U.S. website People.com., "It's just killing me leaving them there."
