Davina Mccall has made 'Ultimate Big Brother' housemate Nadia Almada "hate" herself.

The Portuguese transsexual - who was evicted after just one week on the show following numerous arguments with fellow contestants Coolio and Ulrika Jonsson - said comments made by the show's presenter have made her feel "ugly" and "disgusting".

She explained: "I couldn't believe that Davina didn't ask me about Coolio. It was unforgiveable. I feel so let down. She's someone I have always looked up to. Kids watch that show - she should be more responsible. For Davina to say I am boyish, what does she want me to do? Should I be a perfect, pretty size zero?

"It's made me realise I need to have surgery and reshape my face. I am still not accepted as a woman. Davina's comment has made me hate myself. I feel fat, I feel ugly. I am disgusted by myself when I look in the mirror. So I will have to try harder to conform."

The former winner of the reality television show - who has written to Channel 4 to complain of her treatment on the series - claimed taking part in 'Ultimate Big Brother' was the worst few days of her life because of the "bullying" she was subjected to by her fellow housemates.

Nadia added to Star magazine: "I'm so sad. So deflated. I have had the worst few days of my life. I only took part as a thank you to my fans, as a Celebration. But I came out a complete villain.

"You didn't see Coolio being really intimidating, and telling the other housemates to lift my skirt to see if I had male bits. It was horrible. Neither did viewers see Ulrika calling me a 'fat tranny' to my face."
