Goth rockers MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE performed their pre-MTV Video Music Awards performance 70 storeys above New York City on the Observation Deck (Top Of The Rock) of Rockefeller Center. The group performed surrounded by a kids choir dressed like Mexican Day Of The Dead characters. Following the electrifying sky-high show, frontman GERARD WAY admitted the performance was a career highlight. He said, "Everything looks like diamonds... We've never seen the city like this."
