MURPHY'S HUSBAND TAKEN TO HOSPITAL AFTER FLIGHT SCARE

BRITTANY MURPHY's husband SIMON MONJACK was taken to hospital on Saturday (28Nov09) after falling ill on a flight to Los Angeles.
The couple flew into the city's LAX airport from Puerto Rico and the British screenwriter was taken straight to a medical centre upon landing after doctors found him incoherent, according to TMZ.com.
The website reports that Murphy believed her husband was suffering an asthma attack, but worried medics insisted on taking Monjack to a nearby hospital.
There was no update on his condition as WENN went to press.
The pair wed in 2007.
