MR T TURNED DOWN PROPOSED A-TEAM MOVIE

MR T turned down a cameo in a proposed big screen version of 1980s TV show THE A-TEAM - because he refuses to star alongside another actor playing his signature role of BA BARACUS. The actor - real name LAURENCE TUREAUD - no longer has to worry, as the film doesn't appear to be being made. He says, "There was supposed to be an A-Team movie, but none of us guys would have been in it. "The producers told me, 'We'd like you to be in a cameo,' and I said, 'You talk like a fool. Either I'm BA Baracus or nobody.' And I quickly quashed it." GEORGE PEPPARD, who played COLONEL HANNIBAL SMITH in the TV classic, died in 1994.
