MOUSE MAN BROCK BATTLES THE BOOZE BACKSTAGE

MODEST MOUSE frontman ISAAC BROCK is desperately trying to "pace" his drinking before live shows because he doesn't like to sing "too sober or too drunk". The star admits he faces a constant battle with the bottle backstage before live shows because he drinks to get "more fluid" during concerts, but has performed too many shows "wasted." The FLOAT ON singer says, "I've found that if I don't drink, I'm a little less fluid, so I like to have a few drinks. "I used to get wasted before shows, and it could end horribly... Out of respect for people who've paid to see the show, and the guys in the band who don't drink anymore, I realise it wouldn't be fair for me to f**k up the show for my good time."
