MOTTOLA SLAMS MADOFF CLAIMS

Music mogul TOMMY MOTTOLA has hit out at reports he lost millions to U.S. fraudster BERNARD MADOFF.
The Wall Street bigshot was sentenced to 150 years in jail last month (Jun09) after he was found guilty of siphoning billions of dollars from his wealthy clients.
A number of stars were affected by the scandal including Kevin Bacon, Steven Spielberg and Zsa Zsa Gabor.
Mottola was also reported to have fallen for the scam - but he's set the record straight and revealed he wasn't a victim of Madoff.
He tells New York gossip column PageSix, "I lost money, but not to Madoff. A lot of people I know got killed (financially), but I was not a victim."
