MOSS AND DOHERTY'S POETRY GIVEN AWAY
Poems written by supermodel KATE MOSS and boyfriend PETE DOHERTY were mistakenly given away at a book launch in London last week (ends22OCT06) Doherty's literary agent PAUL ROUNDHILL intended to sell verses written by the couple at the launch of REDEMPTION SONG, the biography of late CLASH rocker JOE STRUMMER. When Roundhill began waving the poems penned by Moss and Doherty in front of attendees, Scottish poet JOCK SCOTT and rock fraterniser shouted, "Free poems by Pete Doherty!" After a flurry of excitement, the prized papers were dispersed between the crowd. Roundhill, who helped Doherty establish his website BalaChada.com in 2005 and has previously sold works by the troubled BABYSHAMBLES frontman, was said to be "livid'.
