MORRISSEY HALTS GIG OVER BEER THROWING

British rocker MORRISSEY stormed off stage during a gig in Norway after a fan threw beer over him.
The star, who has postponed a string of dates on his current world tour, was performing in Oslo, Norway on Saturday (20Jun09).
But the former The Smiths frontman took exception and halted the concert when an over-zealous crowdmember splashed his drink onto the stage.
The star demanded the other audience members turn the culprit in before walking off stage - refusing to continue the performance until the unruly fan had been evicted from the venue.
A source tells British newspaper the Daily Star, "A guy was pushed forward and the guards tried to lift him on the stage, he resisted and was thrown out."
Morrissey came under fire in April (09) for storming off stage mid-way through his set at the Coachella music festival in California - with the staunch vegetarian complaining about the smell of burgers from nearby food stalls.
