MORALES SUED FOR 'INFECTING' EX-LOVER WITH HERPES

Former NYPD BLUE star ESAI MORALES is being sued by an ex-girlfriend for allegedly assaulting and passing on herpes to her. In court papers filed by Elizabeth Mazzocchi - who used to live with Morales - in Los Angeles Superior Court, the 44-year-old actor stands accused of assault, battery, intentional and negligent transmission of a sexually transmitted disease, and breach of oral contract. Mazzocchi claims Morales knew he had herpes but never told her about it, meaning she has "an incurable disease that will have associated medical expenses, pain and discomfort for the rest of her life."
