MOORE LOSES WEIGHT BY SLEEPING
Filmmaker MICHAEL MOORE has found the secret to successful weight loss - getting plenty of sleep.
The director has lost 30 pounds (13.6 kilograms) in the space of three months, and credits much of his new streamlined look to getting a regular eight hours in bed - as well as eating healthily and employing the services of a personal trainer.
He says, "There is one common denominator amongst overweight people ... we're not sleeping enough.
"I've just insisted that I get seven to eight hours sleep, and it's made all the difference. I got myself a trainer and started eating oatmeal in the morning."
But Moore insists he's not always seen as overweight: "Actually, when I go home to Michigan, I'm one of the skinny guys."
