US talk show host MONTEL WILLIAMS is planning to wed for the third time after proposing to girlfriend TARA FOWLER. Williams proposed to the American Airlines flight attendant at his 50th birthday party at the Tavern On The Green restaurant in New York City last night (12JUL06). He tells People magazine, "I feel like I have a true partner." The TV presenter is hoping for third time lucky after failed marriages to ROCHELE SEE and GRACE MORLEY. Williams has two daughters ASHLEY, 21, and MARESSA, 18, with See, and a son MONTEL JNR, 13, and a daughter, WYNTERGRACE, 14, with Morley.
