English actor ALFRED MOLINA has become a U.S. citizen - thanks to a star-struck examiner who gave him an "easy" ride. The Frida star was set to face up to 100 questions about his adopted country, where he now lives with actress wife Jill Gascoine. But he was surprised to find his fame smoothed the way. He says, "I was well prepared for all the questions but the guy apparently recognised me - from Spider-Man 2, I think - smiled, nodded, asked me a couple of easy questions and that was that."
