MOHR APPEALS FOR SURNAME ADDITION
Hollywood actor JAY MOHR has filed legal papers for an unusual request - the star wants his wife's surname added to his own.
The funnyman married actress Nikki Cox at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles on 29 December 2006.
And now he has requested to have his spouse's name added after his - to officially become Jay Ferguson Cox Mohr, according to TMZ.com.
