'Resident Evil' star Milla Jovovich has confessed to snacking on ''disgusting'' curdled camel's cheese so she wouldn't offend locals while travelling in Mongolia.

Milla Jovovich once ate curdled camel's cheese.

The 'Resident Evil' star confessed to snacking on the bizarre delicacy while she was travelling through Mongolia.

The 33-year-old actress told Empire magazine: "I had to try curdled camel's cheese and it was pretty disgusting, but I was in Mongolia.

"You have to be polite and take a bite of it because it's all they have, and they want to share it with you because they're generous people."

It's not the first time Milla - who has a 21-month-old daughter, Ever Gabo, with husband Paul Anderson - has admitted eating unusual food.

When she was pregnant in 2007, she ran all over Paris searching for "the leg of a cow".

She said: "I was craving bone marrow one day, and I scoured the whole of Paris searching for the leg of a cow.

"When I finally found what I was looking for, I cut it in half, digging out the yellowish substance, slathering it all over bread."
