MILDRED PATRICIA BAENA, the alleged mother of Arnold Schwarzenegger's out-of-wedlock fifth child, has hired a Los Angeles law firm, reports the Huffington Post. MILDRED PATRICIA BAENA has been the focus of intense media speculation over the past week, with several reporting teams setting up outside her home in Bakersfield.

Schwarzenegger confirmed last week that he had fathered a child with a member of his household staff 10 years ago. Mildred worked for the Hollywood actor's family for 20 years, eventually retiring in January 2011. After pictures of the pair's alleged son began circulating online, Baena enlisted the help of Los Angeles law firm 'Jacobson, Russell, Satlz & Fingerman'. Lawyer MICHAEL SALTZ confirmed that the firm are representing Mildred, but said there are no plans to file litigation at this time. He declined to comment further on Baena's current situation. Schwarzenegger released a statement on Monday (16th May 2011) admitting to fathering a child with another woman, but refused to name those involved. The revelation led to his split from Maria Shriver, his wife of 25 years.

According to reports, MILDRED PATRICIA BAENA worked closely with the Schwarzenegger family during the peak of Arnold's Hollywood career in the 1990's. Her household duties typically included doing the laundry, cooking and cleaning.
