MILANO WINS STATE RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST FAN

An obsessed fan actress ALYSSA MILANO charged with putting her life in danger has been ordered to stay away from the former CHARMED star for three years.
Last year (08), the actress filed for a restraining order against Jeff Turner, claiming he would hike for miles "through the hills" to get to her secluded home and made attempts to enter her Los Angeles house without permission..
In court papers, the desperate star said, "I fear for my personal safety, and that of my family and friends."
A judge in Ventura County has now issued a permanent injunction against Turner, prohibiting him from having any contact with Milano in the state of California.
