ROLLING STONES legend SIR MICK JAGGER could be getting married for a third time after his long-term girlfriend L'WREN SCOTT was spotted sporting a sparkling ring on her engagement finger.

The 63-year-old rocker, who has been married and divorced twice before, has been dating the 40-year-old American for the last five years although friends are unsure whether he would actually propose to L'Wren.

One told the Daily Mail that most people would not be likely to hear about Mick's wedding, if there were one, until after the event.

"Mick's really not the sort to have some kind of engagement," the source said. "If they were going to get married, they would probably just do it."

However, L'Wren chose a very public fashion event in New York to wear a ring on her engagement finger, sparking rumours that a wedding may be just around the corner.

But a spokesman for the Dartford-born rock star said the couple have no plans to marry.

Nevertheless, the source claimed L'Wren seemed happy to show off her ring at the New York party. They added: "If they are not engaged, then they are certainly happy for the world to think they are."
