MEESTER JOINS WEEZER FOR HALLOWEEN SURPRISE

GOSSIP GIRL star LEIGHTON MEESTER treated New York fans to a Halloween surprise on Saturday night (31Oct09) when she joined WEEZER in concert.
The rockers were performing at Manhattan's Hammerstein Ballroom when they introduced the actress-turned-singer to the stage for a rendition of their new single (If You're Wondering if I Want You To) I Want You To.
Meester's fledgling pop career has already been given a boost by the likes of Cobra Starship, who she collaborated with on their hit song Good Girls Go Bad, and soul singer Robin Thicke, who features on her debut solo single, Somebody to Love.
