MCMAHON SETTLES MALPRACTICE LAWSUIT WITH DOCTORS
Beloved U.S. TV personality ED MCMAHON has settled a malpractice suit with doctors at a Los Angeles hospital for an undisclosed sum.
MCMahon sued officials at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for misdiagnosing a neck fracture he suffered in a 2007 fall - and then causing him further pain with two botched spine operations that followed.
Lawyers for the former Tonight Show sidekick tell TMZ.com their client's lawsuit against homeowners Robert and Kelly Days continues; MCMahon slipped and fell at the couple's home in 2007.
