MCKAGAN TURNS BUSINESSMAN

Former GUNS N' ROSES bass player DUFF MCKAGAN has put his rock career on hold to forge a career in property development. The musician is currently overseeing a number of property projects, stocks in vintage guitars and is also looking after his band Velvet Revolver. But the rocker admits launching his own business has been difficult. He says, "(Guns N' Roses) didn't know what money was. I didn't know how to invest in stocks or anything back then. So I just didn't. "Now I have mutual funds. I have a lot of individual stocks. I'm across the board, really well diversified. And then real estate has been a thing for me."
