MCDOWELL URGES STARS TO EMBRACE AGEING

Legendary actor MALCOLM MCDOWELL has urged his fellow actors to embrace the ageing process and enjoy life - instead of fretting about their looks.
The 64-year-old Heroes star is convinced that today's stars are too caught up with the superficial aspects of life to have a good time.
And MCDowell insists getting older needn't be a career killer - as it can actually improve an actor's work.
He says, "The secret to longevity in showbusiness is to embrace the fact that you are getting older and love it.
"We're all going to physically decline but as long as your spirit stays pretty much in tact, then what you look like has nothing to do with it.
"As you change as a human being, you had better change as an actor. You can't rely on the same old s**t that you've been doing."
