MCDERMOTT FINALISES DIVORCE

DYLAN MCDERMOTT and actress SHIVA ROSE have finalised their divorce.
The Practice actor, 47, filed for divorce from his wife of nearly 13 years in May (08), citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the break-up.
The couple's split was made official at Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday (02Dec08) and the marriage will be dissolved on 2 January (09).
MCDermott and Rose separated in 2007. They married in 1995 and have two daughters together, however custody arrangements were not made public as WENN went to press.
