MCCONAUGHEY CUTS OUT NIGHT SNACKS TO STAY TRIM AND TONED
MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY has urged late-night snackers to cut back on midnight feasts if they want to shape up like him.
The actor insists his perfectly defined torso has nothing to do with gyms and work-outs - but when he chooses to eat.
He says, "If you eat at the end of the day, you sleep on it and don't burn it off."
MCConaughey admits he rarely eats after 7pm.
