MCCARTNEY PLAYS BEATLES HITS AT FREE SHOW

SIR PAUL MCCARTNEY turned his free concert as part of Quebec City's 400th anniversary celebration into a BEATLES sing-a-long on Sunday (20Jul08) when he played a string of Fab Four hits.
The rocker opened the Plains of Abraham outdoor show with Wings classic Jet, but then wowed fans with a medley of Beatles tunes, including Drive My Car, All My Loving, Got To Get You Into My Life, Blackbird, and Eleanor Rigby, among others.
An estimated crowd of 200,000 gathered for the free show.
