MCCARTNEY & DYLAN FOR SUMMER DUET?

Music legends BOB DYLAN and SIR PAUL MCCARTNEY are set to delight fans - the pair is reportedly making plans for a summer (09) collaboration.
Last year (08) the former Beatle announced that working with Dylan is one of his major ambitions, while the Blowin' In The Wind singer agreed he would be open to a duet with MCCartney in an interview earlier this month (May09).
And now the superstars are set to make history - by heading into the studio together over the summer, according to Britain's Daily Express.
A source tells the publication, "Paul has a home in California not too far from Bob's so the idea is for the two to meet when Paul is in California over the summer.
"They'll obviously want to work in privacy and it's felt one of their homes will be the best bet. Getting these two together for any length of time is difficult schedule-wise but they both want this to work out. The music that comes out of this will be fascinating to hear."

This could be great for both of them as they know what it was like to be around "way back when". Although their talent goes without saying surely both could make some time in their schedules to make this happen! Paul has been through some real s**te in recent years and I hope Bob will add some of his amazing humour to the collaboration. Apart from whatever comes out of this musically, I think it would do them both good to spend some time together reminiscing and having a gas! Good luck to both.
