MCCARTNEY CONSIDERING 'WHEN I'M 84'
SIR PAUL MCCARTNEY is considering updating his 1967 track WHEN I'M 64 after reaching the landmark age in June (06). The former BEATLE is thinking of adding 20 years onto the song as he starts to consider old age, after discovering the elderly have already reworked the tune. He says, "I spoke to a lady who worked in an old people's home and she said they'd changed the words to WHEN I'M 84 as they considered 64 to be young. So I might do that..."

As they say 64 is the new 44 .By the way Im glad to hear he visits the elderly
homes I think Its very sad that some families neglect and forget them ounce the
are there. My parents take care of a 94 years old women they give there nights
up at there own home to do so thats love. & the family pays them but thats
about. All her family hardly ever visits if she sick or gets hurt they wont
check on her they just call. But Its better than nothing but in person 10 times
better. The whole deal realy hurts me deeply. jackie.L.wilmington nc
