MAY CONVINCED LAMBERT'S 2012 SONG IS A SMASH-HIT NUMBER ONE

AMERICAN IDOL star ADAM LAMBERT's post-talent show career has been given a huge boost - QUEEN's BRIAN MAY likes what he has heard so far.
Lambert performed with May and rockers Queen on the last season of Idol and gave the guitar great a preview of his first release, which will feature in John Cusack's new apocalypse movie 2012.
The project has been top secret, but May couldn't contain his excitement on his blog.
He writes on BRIAN MAY.COM, "I have to say I was completely blown away... It’s truly sensational. It’s so obviously a number one smash, any bookie (bookmaker) would be mad to take bets on it. I am not kidding."
The movie will be released in October and Lambert's debut album is set for release in November (09).
