CATATONIA frontwoman CERYS MATTHEWS insists everyone should try rehab once in their life - even if they have never touched drugs. The former heroin addict was close to death when she checked herself into rehab five years ago (26JUL01), and admits she was barely able to walk or breath. But the ROAD RAGE singer had her life turned around by a gruelling stint of detoxing, and has never felt better. She says, " I completely recommend it to everybody - even if you don't think you have any troubles at all! "It helps you live a better and happier life - and hopefully not f**k your children up!"
