MASTER P: '50 CENT IS IMMATURE'
Veteran rapper MASTER P has hit back at 50 CENT, branding the In Da Club star "immature" for criticising his decision to stop using racist and sexist language in his music.
50, real name Curtis Jackson, blasted Master P last week (17May07) for bowing to public pressure to clean up rap lyrics.
He said, "Well Master P doesn't sell CDs anymore. You can tell him I said it."
But the comments have only inspired the Step To This hitmaker to continue in his mission to censor his own music in an effort to "change lives".
Master P says, "Curtis Jackson's comment motivated me. There are a lot of immature people in the world. Oprah Winfrey is absolutely right, we need to grow up and be responsible for our own actions. Most artists' mission is to sell records. My mission is to help save and change lives.
"There are four things that differentiate me from artists like Curtis Jackson. One, I can honestly admit that I was once part of the problem. Two, I don't want my son to grow up and be like me. I want him to be better and do better, and that is why he is taking the time to pursue a college degree. Three, money don't make me, I make money. My goal is to educate our people in building generational wealth and knowing how important it is to own real estate. Four, I'm a true entrepreneur; my boss is God not (Interscope boss) Jimmy Iovine. From one brother to another, if you misunderstand my purpose you could always pick up the phone or talk to me in person. I'm trying to be part of the solution not the problem."

Master P made porno videos with his 504 boys, remember that waly waly shake it
shake it. He is dirty and nothing will change it, he must let the clean poeple
do the clean up. The word nigga and ho to most people has lost its bad value,
its as normal as saying'bread'. I feel good saying the word coz the race which
introduced the word cannot use it no more.
Oprah if you have any hope of cleaning up the world, start with the holywood
directors coz almost every movie produced after 2000 has the word F*ck, sh*t,
motherf*cker. but you gonna have a tough time coz its what sells, they are
giving us what we want so i guess you must come for dinner and try to educate
us. check films at the top of the box office.
I'm still going to have to stick with Curtis on this one. Fiddy(50) is right,
When you truly come from the sreets, the reprecussion can be very hard! and
thats just how it works. Curtis will continue to rap the way he does, then the
other guy will stop. Look at this situation from a worldview point. There are
positive people that come from the streets and they do that in a way that
pisses others off...and i don't understand why Oprah is trying to do anything
about it..She doesn't support rappers, and now shes tryna change them! where is
she coming from???
