COLDPLAY frontman CHRIS MARTIN will never trash a hotel room – because he used to clean them.
The British rocker refuses to follow in the footsteps of other musicians by deliberately damaging hotel rooms after learning how to respect them during his teens.
He says, “When you're a cleaner and you walk into a trashed room, it’s truly annoying.
“All you want to do is go on your tea break – and you get faced with that.
“Spare a thought for the poor schmuck cleaning the room.”
