MARTIN REGRETS DONATING SONG TO IMBRUGLIA

COLDPLAY frontman CHRIS MARTIN regrets donating a track to Australian singer NATALIE IMBRUGLIA - because it is the band's "best song of all time."
Martin collaborated with Imbruglia on her upcoming album Come To Life, which is due for release later this year (May09).
The Yellow hitmaker offered her a new song he had written for Coldplay, because the rockers are currently between recording albums.
And Martin admits he will always regret the decision because he is so fiercely proud of the track.
He says, "A bit annoyingly we've given her the best Coldplay song of all time, but because we're off-cycle we can't do it ourselves.
"Half of me wishes we still had it. But she sounds f**king brilliant on it. I think she has a very unique talent and an incredibly unique voice.''
