MARGULIES AMUSED BY SNAKES FILM RELEASE CONCERN
JULIANNA MARGULIES mocked movie executives when they suggested moving the release date of new thriller SNAKES ON A PLANE back because of the recent terror threats. The former ER star, who plays an air stewardess in the new mile-high film, admits she thought the marketing plan was "hilarious" because movie bosses actually feared film fans would stay away from the cinema this weekend (beg18AUG06) because of terrorist fears. She says, "It's called Snakes On A Plane; this isn't a movie about flying. They couldn't be further wrong. This isn't a terrorist movie. Why would we pull the movie? Because it has airplanes in it? "I was like, 'You're not gonna get on a plane because you're worried a snake is gonna come up and bite you? You could be afraid of other things.'"
