MANDY MOORE HAD NO MARRIAGE PLAN

Mandy Moore - who married Ryan Adams in March - says she never planned to tie the knot as it wasn't ''super important'' to her.

The singer - who tied the not with musician Ryan Adams in March - is happy to have walked down the aisle, but admits it was never high on her priority list.

She said: "I didn't know if marriage was something that was super important to me. I didn't take the decision lightly. I ventured into it realistically. But life takes you places you wouldn't have expected. I'm really content with what was in the cards for me."

Mandy - who describes Ryan as her "best friend" - says she was happy with their low-key eight-minute wedding ceremony, which took place a month after they announced their engagement.

She added to Women's Health magazine: "A big celebration was never my cup of tea. It was never important for a wedding to be about anything other than me and my partner."

Despite their high profile, Mandy insists the couple live an ordinary life.

She said: "We're just quiet people who live a normal, boring life."
