MANDEL TREATED FOR IRREGULAR HEARTBEAT
American TV star HOWIE MANDEL has been hospitalised with an irregular heartbeat.
The Deal Or No Deal host was taken to St Michael's hospital in Toronto, Canada on Monday (12Jan09) for treatment, but has denied reports he suffered a cardiac arrest.
His representative tells People.com, "Doctors expect him to be released and back to work (on Tuesday). He did not have a heart attack."
