MAGUIRE WELCOMES BABY DAUGHTER
DIXIE CHICKS star MARTIE MAGUIRE has given birth to a baby girl.
The singer and her actor husband Gareth Maguire welcomed little Harper Rosie into their family on Friday (25Jul08) in an Austin, Texas hospital.
The tot weighed in at seven pounds, 10 ounces (3.46 kilograms) and measured 20.5 inches long (52.07 centimetres).
A post on the Dixie Chicks' website announces the news of the new arrival, stating: "Martie is doing very well and Gareth and the family are over the moon."
The Maguires are also parents to four-year-old twin daughters Eva Ruth and Kathleen Emilie.

Congratulations Martie, Gareth, Eva, and Kath.
Great news and pleased baby Harper is fine.
My wife and I live in Tauranga New Zealand, and flew to Brisbane to watch your last
concert down this way. We have been married 35 years and love your music. Please
come to New Zealand and play a concert. Our seats for the Brisbane concert were bought
via the net, and were terrible. I now have a map of the Auckland Vector Arena and would
pick my own seats. I have booked already to watch John Mellenchamp and Sheryl Crow
concert in December in Auckland.
Please come to New Zealand as we would love to watch you all play again
