MADONNA'S CURSE-LADEN INDUCTION ACCEPTANCE
MADONNA turned the air blue at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Monday night (10Mar08), with a curse-laden acceptance speech. The singer took to the stage to mark her entry to the hallowed institute, at a star-studded bash at New York's Waldorf Astoria Hotel. After scolding Justin Timberlake for his innuendo-laden introduction, by warning, "I'll get you f**ker," Madonna went on to pay tribute to the artists who have helped her during her career. She said, "What's a record without the music. That's right mother f**kers. What's a record without Timbaland, Stuart Price... Pharrell Williams and Justin Timberlake." Rocker Iggy Pop followed Madonna onstage, to serenade the Queen of Pop with a bizarre bare-chested rendition of her songs Burning Up and Ray of Light.
