MADISON BRUSHES OFF WARDROBE MALFUNCTION
HUGH HEFNER's ex-girlfriend HOLLY MADISON was left red-faced during a recent night out in Las Vegas, when her dress popped open to reveal her bare breasts.
The Playboy Playmate, who is set to take part in new Sin City topless revue Peepshow, was partying in the gambling mecca last Saturday night (30May09) when she suffered the wardrobe malfunction.
But the blonde beauty managed to brush off the incident and laugh at the situation.
A source tells Fox News, "She was embarrassed but was humbly laughing about the whole thing."
