LYNCH CONFIDENT ABOUT SWAYZE'S CANCER RECOVERY

Actress KELLY LYNCH is confident her ROAD HOUSE co-star PATRICK SWAYZE will emerge triumphant in his cancer battle, because he is the "most determined, positive person" she has ever met. The 49-year-old became firm friends with the Dirty Dancing hunk - who announced he had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last month (Mar08) - after starring alongside him in the 1989 film. Swayze, 55, is currently undergoing energy-sapping chemotherapy treatment to destroy cancerous cells, but Lynch has no doubt the star is going to beat the disease. She tells People.com, "If anyone can get through this, it's him. (He is) the most determined, positive, forward-thinking person I've ever met. "I say my prayers for him but I have a lot of hope that he'll get through this."
