SEX PISTOLS singer JOHN LYDON has reformed his second most famous band, PUBLIC IMAGE LTD., for a string of shows in Britain.
The rocker, formerly known as Johnny Rotten, created the group in 1978, a year after the Sex Pistols split.
Public Image Ltd. thrived in the post-punk era, but have been on hiatus since 1992.
Now, after two Sex Pistols reunions, the band is set to make a comeback.
Lydon has recruited The Damned guitarist Lu Edmonds, former Slits drummer Bruce Smith and bassist Scott Firth for the venture, and has scheduled five dates in December (09).
The tour kicks off in Birmingham, England on 15 December and concludes in London on 21 December (09).
