LULU CRUISES INTO A NEW CAREER
Scottish singer LULU is making waves in her music career - the star has been hired to perform on a cruise ship.
The Shout hitmaker, 60, has been named as a headline act on board the Boudicca liner during a ten-day excursion around Spain and Portugal in November (09).
Lulu - real name Marie Lawrie - will entertain up to 850 passengers on two nights of the luxury cruise with a Motown Records tribute.
Mike Bird, marketing manager for the Fred Olsen Music At Sea Program, says, "We are really excited to have an iconic star of Lulu's calibre to entertain our guests. We are delighted to welcome her on board."
