LUDACRIS MAKES PEACE WITH MCCAIN
Rapper LUDACRIS has personally apologised to failed U.S. presidential candidate JOHN MCCAIN after blasting the Republican in a controversial track last year (08).
The Area Codes star slammed MCCain in a song entitled Politics (Obama Is Here), which championed Democrat Barack Obama's bid for the White House.
But Ludacris was publically chastised by Obama for including the lyrics: "MCCain don't belong in no chair unless he's paralysed."
Now E! Online reports the hip-hop star has made peace with MCCain and his wife Cindy after meeting the couple during the NBA All-Star Weekend (13-15Feb09) in Phoenix, Arizona, where he expressed his sorrow and regret at his actions.
