LUCY LIU PLANS EUROPEAN MOVE

Actress LUCY LIU isn't expecting the writer's strike to end anytime soon - she's moving to Europe. Shooting on the 38-year-old's new show Cashmere Mafia has ground to a halt because of industrial action by members of the Writer's Guild of America, so she plans to take off for a lengthy vacation. She says, "I'm going to move to Europe for a couple of months while the strike is going on and spend some time there." And Italy is currently top of her list: "I can speak Italian. I spent some time in Rome and loved it there."
