LOWE'S VICTORY IN ONGOING NANNY CASE

ROB LOWE has been given a boost in his battle against a former nanny after a judge ruled a contract at the centre of the case was legally binding.
In April 2008, Lowe and his wife Sheryl sued Laura Boyce, who worked for the actor in 2007, alleging she broke a confidentiality agreement by betraying personal details about the couple.
Boyce had alleged Sheryl regularly paraded around the family home naked, and had asked her about the size of her boyfriend's penis - claims the Lowes have vehemently denied.
The former employee filed a countersuit accusing Sheryl of sexual harassment and seeking compensation for wrongful dismissal and unpaid wages.
Boyce told the court she believed the confidentiality agreement violated her right to freedom of speech and was therefore invalid.
But on Tuesday (07Apr09), Lowe won a victory in the case when a judge threw out Boyce's claim, ruling the contract was legally binding, reports TMZ.com.
The Lowes are suing Boyce and two other ex-employees, claiming they're victims of an attempted extortion scheme led by another former nanny, Jessica Gibson.
