LOWE NANNY ACCUSED OF RACIST OUTBURSTS

LATEST: Actor ROB LOWE's legal team have filed court statements accusing a former nanny of using racist language - after LAURA BOYCE previously accused his wife SHERYL of a similar offence.
Boyce, who worked for the Lowe family last year (07), claims Sheryl created an "extremely sexually offensive and hostile work environment" by quizzing her about the size of her African-American boyfriend's penis and regularly parading around the family home naked.
The Lowes have refuted the allegations, insisting they behaved in no such manner. And now the couple's attorney has filed sworn statements from people who knew and worked with Boyce - claiming she often used offensive language, according to People.com.
An official statement from Boyce's former friend, Noa Shaw, reads: "Laura would use the 'n-word' a lot when referring to her African-American friends and lovers. Laura was very open with her use of the 'n-word' in public."
And Jennifer Dynof, president of Lowe's production company, claims to have reprimanded the childminder over "her use of the (word n**ger) around the children and the Lowes' friends".
Lowe and his wife filed countersuits against Boyce and two other ex-employees on 7 April (08) after claiming they're the victims of an attempted extortion scheme, led by another former nanny, Jessica Gibson.
